Relaxing with a book

I did I something yesterday that I don't usually do.  I sat down with a book in the middle of the afternoon and read.  I usually wait to read until  bedtime and read before going to sleep but yesterday I took a couple of hours to finish a book.  It relaxed me and I was ready to finish my work.  If you're feeling the January blues take a few moments or a couple of hours to read something that will encourage you.  How do you combat the January blues?

  1. Yep, this is what I did when we had our recent "cold snap" and I couldn't get motivated - I relaxed and read a book.
