I remember the day, nine years ago. My son was just a year old
and we were watching the morning news while Daddy got ready
for work. In a split second all changed, forever!
Katie Couric said, a plane has just hit one of the Twin Towers.
In disbelief, she again says
another plane has hit the other tower!
America sat glued to their TV sets all day. Lives were lost,
lives were saved and America will never be the same!
Yet, in many ways we are stronger, as a nation, and I am
PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!
