Fall Harvest Bread
Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin
1/2 cup Apple Cider or apple juice
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups sugar ( you can get away with using less)
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
1 can of pumpkin

2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
Combine wet ingredients and combine dry ingredients add dry to wet and bake in two loaf pans for 45-65 minutes at 350.
